The frustration of having a running battle to keep a baby's blanket on the buggy is a problem shared by many parents like ourselves. Throughout the 8 years of being parents to 3 children, we were unable to find a solution. Conventional blankets are constantly being kicked off, resulting in a tangled heap under the wheels. We merely wanted a blanket that stayed put. Something less bulky than a cosy toe, that would be easier and quicker to attach and remove. After an exhaustive search, we found that no such product existed. And so the Stay-put buggy blanket was conceived!

The Stay-put is a unique buggy blanket, which simply attaches to the buggy, stroller or pushchair frame with press stud fastenings. Because there is no need to thread harnesses through, parents have the flexibility to add and remove the blanket quickly and easily, as needed. The foot pocket ensures that the child's lower legs and feet remain covered and the blanket is large enough to use from new born thoughout the toddler years. It is compact and easy to carry, and can, if needed, be left secured to the buggy when folding. Alternatively, when lifting a sleeping child out of the buggy, the Stay-put can simply be unfastened and wrapped around the infant to avoid any temperature change.

After an extremely successful yet hectic 1st year, Stay-put are delighted to introduce their latest exclusive designs, featuring fun and fresh ideas which combine stylish and innovative fabrics, textures and colours. Our new collection combines quality style and flair, with something to suit every taste, every buggy and every budget.

The Stay-put has generated huge interest from Europe as well as from the UK. Stay-put's European market has had a major influence on the development of the new range, which includes a sports style blanket, incorporating technical, weatherproof fabrics, together with exquisite high quality faux furs or soft quality fleece. These would not look out of place in the ski resorts of France and Switzerland.

For those chillier spells we have now added to our range, the reversible, padded Stay-put Liner. The buggy is easily collapsed with the Liner in place and the Stay-put blanket can be attached and removed as and when needed, giving the flexibility to have either one without the other. By popular demand we have also developed the Stay-put Car Seat/Baby Carrier Blanket, which attaches to the car seat handle with press stud fastenings either side.

Stay-put is also very proud to announce the arrival of a Gold Practical Pre-School Award for the Stay-put Buggy Blanket.

Over the past 2 years, we have worked hard to develop the Stay-put concept and turn it into reality. Our experience as parents combined with our Design, Business and Sales backgrounds, have been invaluable in getting the Stay-put out into the market place for other parents to benefit. We are continuing to develop some great new ideas, that we are confident will make life, through those first wonderful years of parenthood, that little bit easier.

We would like to say a huge thank you to our beautiful 3 children, Christian, Finlay and Jay Jay, who have been incredibly patient. Christian who is 8 and a budding artist, designed our Stay-put logo, Jay Jay who is 3, is our lovely model (you'll be seeing more of him!) and last but not least, Finlay provides life and energy into the household when we're feeling exhausted.
