Welcome to the Stay-put-Blankets website Terms and Conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and by placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. We ask that if you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions then do not use or access this Website. Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact our Customer Services by e-mail stayputblankets1@aol.com, or call us on 0115 71 41 500 between 8am-7pm Monday to Saturday. All calls may be recorded for quality monitoring and training purposes.

• "Conditions" means these terms and conditions and the Special Conditions.
• "Product" means a product displayed for sale on the Website.
• "Product Description" means that part of the Website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided.
• "Special Conditions" means the terms and conditions in the Product Description.
• "Users" means the users of the Website collectively.
• "Personal Information" means the details provided by you when you order a product.
• "We/us" means Bann Grange Ltd. Trading as Stayput Blankets.
• "Website" means this website www.stay-put-blankets.com.
• "Cookies" means small text files which our Website may place on your computer's hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer.
• "United Kingdom" means England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

When you create an account with us you warrant that the Personal Information which you give is as a customer is true and accurate and you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

Our rights

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website. We will always fulfil orders placed and acknowledged prior to any changes that may be made.

Privacy

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.

When you shop on this Website, we will be provided with and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, and other information. We use your information only for the following purposes: Processing your orders, for statistical or survey purposes to serve website content and for general administration, we do not share your information with any other persons or organisation.

You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information, we are entitled do so.

Order Processing

To place an order with us on our website choose “Products” where you will see a list of the categories of the products that we offer, choose a category and then you will see illustrated the individual products together with a description, Product code, price, availability, delivery costs and a more general description of the range in that category, from there you may choose to add to your basket a product to purchase. We only give the option to Purchase through Pay Pal as this is a secure method of payment and we do not have access to any of your payment details. Within Pay Pal you have the option to pay with major credit cards.

When you place an order with us you are making an offer to buy the goods. We will acknowledge receipt of the product(s) ordered, of the payment received and confirm to you delivery and contact details. Some of our products are made to order consequently there may be an extended delivery time, items on the web page are marked when they are “made to order” in this case please note carefully the delivery times stated before you place an order. We will then advise you of a planned delivery date which if you accept will form part of the contract between us when you order the goods. Allow up to 28 days for delivery from the date of dispatch although we normally deliver much sooner than the allowable period.

At the point of dispatch we will inform you of the date, delivery details and estimated delivery date. It is at this point that your order is accepted and the contract between us concluded.

When you receive your product we hope that you will be pleased and satisfied but if you have any concerns please let us know. If the goods do not arrive within the indicated period of time or are damaged please inform us within a reasonable period.

We operate a full refund policy if for any reason the product is not suitable or to your liking, for details see our Returns Policy and procedure.

Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us in writing by e-mail, Fax, letter or other durable medium no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation; however an explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price including postage, provided that you have notified us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products. You must return the goods at your own expense and ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. You must take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and ensure that they are not damaged. We ask that you return the goods within a period of14 days of notification if you fail to return the goods we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. Please follow the procedure set out in our returns procedure.

Limitation of liability

We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, or error-free, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
