Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
No Quibble Guarantee and Returns
All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please return them unused in their original packaging within this time and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please note, when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we strongly recommend that you send it by registered post. Return postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or there has been a mistake on our part (ie. wrong item/colour). Faulty items will always be refunded in full (including return postage) or replaced depending on the customers wishes.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
