Although we ask you to allow between 14 to 28 days for delivery (usually for made to order items), the majority of orders are delivered within 7 to 14 days.
UK Delivery Options
Standard First Class (Recorded) incl. packaging £3.95
Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt.
*Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer.
Overseas Delivery Options
Cost of delivery within the EU £3.95. All other countries worldwide please either email us for a quote before placing your order alternatively on receipt of your order we will raise an invoice for the cost of delivery that must be paid before your order is dispatched.

Returns Policy & Procedure
We want you to be pleased and satisfied with your purchase if for any reason you are not satisfied or have any concerns or comments then please get in touch as soon as possible, giving as much detail as possible. If the product is damaged in transit or faulty in this case we will give you a full refund including postage for the return of the blanket. If you want to discuss any points or give us more detail you may include your telephone number and convenient time to receive a call (land line preferable please) and we will call you back.
If you wish to exchange, cancel or return the Product(s) then you must notify us in writing by email, letter, fax or other durable medium as soon as possible but in any case no later than 7 working days after you received them. The goods must then be returned to the address detailed below.
You must take reasonable care of the goods, we cannot accept items if they have been used, washed or damaged unless the goods are found to be faulty, not of satisfactory Quality or as described We recommend that you obtain proof of posting as the goods remain your responsibility until received and signed into our warehouse. You must return the goods at your own expense and ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We will issue a full refund of your payment within 30 days of your notification date. We are not able to refund return postage except in the case of damaged or faulty merchandise, not of satisfactory quality or as described or if we have made a mistake.
