Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your goods. However, If for any reason you wish to return or exchange any items, please do so within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items if they have been damaged in the wash. We are unable to refund postage costs and we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting for returns to us, as the goods remain your responsibility until received by us. If you return your purchase to us for any reason, you will have to meet the postal costs incurred. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
Delivery
Stock items will usually be delivered within 3-7 working days (orders paid by cheque will be dispatched when your cheque has cleared.)

Stock items guaranteed to reach you on the next working day following your order, for orders placed before mid-day, or on Tuesday for orders placed over the weekend or after 12 noon on Friday*.

Overseas Delivery Options Overseas postage is charged at cost. Orders can be paid for by credit or debit card or cheques in UK Sterling - made payable to 'Bann Grange Trading as Stayput Blankets' . Local import duties may be payable on receipt. The above does not apply to Trade. |
